`maintenance`: Set notifications for new releases of Gnome extensions

This will allow me to instantly update the extensions to latest versions. Fedora RPMs are often outdated & only updated when new Gnome version releases. So instead of Fedora package maintainers, I will take care of this simple change. Ideally, Gnome extension releases would be directly followed from https://extensions.gnome.org/, but there is no way to do this afaik.
