APDU driver init failed

**Steps to reproduce:** * Fresh and up-to-date installation of ArchLinux * Install lpac via pacman OR build lpac from this repository * run lpac **Observed:** "SCardEstablishContext() failed: 8010006A (Unknown error: 0xFFFFFFFF8010006A) APDU driver init failed" **Comment:** My WWAN modem is detected by the system (mmcli command is working fine).
