Latest changelog entries not appearing on homepage

## Description The homepage changelog section is not displaying the most recent changelog entries from https://app.leather.io/changelog. The homepage appears to be showing entries from October 2025 and earlier, while the changelog page includes several newer updates. ## Expected Behavior The homepage changelog section should display the latest changelog entries, matching what appears on the dedicated changelog page. ## Actual Behavior The homepage changelog grid shows: - Oct 16, 2025: Improved wallet balance accuracy, coverage and... - Oct 3, 2025: Desktop wallet deprecation - Sep 1, 2025: Mobile app launch - May 20, 2025: Stacks SIP-30 support However, the changelog page (https://app.leather.io/changelog) includes these additional recent entries: - **Dec 16, 2025**: USDCx now available on Stacks - **Dec 4, 2025**: Improved STX and BTC onramps with Onramper - **Nov 4, 2025**: Web Portfolio - **Oct 29, 2025**: Homepage redesign ## Steps to Reproduce 1.
