Misleading core installation notification on failure
### Is there an existing issue for this?
- [x] This is a bug in RetroArch frontend
- [x] I have searched the existing issues
### Description
When you try to install a core manually but it fails to install, it shows the green checkmark even though it says in the text that it failed. This is misleading.
### Expected behavior
I would expect there to instead be shown a red cross or similar signifying the failure.
### Steps to reproduce the bug
1. Try to load a shared library as a core under using either a or b
a) Main Menu - Load Core - Install or Restore a Core
b) Settings - Core - Manage Cores - Install or Restore a Core
2. See it fails with a green checkmark.
