"Allocating memory for X sectors" and "Preloading CD image to RAM" notifications, any way to turn off?
### Is there an existing issue for this?

### Description
Since updating my RetroArch and cores a few days ago I'm noticing these notifications whenever I launch a PSX game using SwanStation core. Same issue now tested with latest nightly and latest core as of time of writing.
I use the preload feature to get rid of some small stutters when running ISOs from an external hdd, and it works flawlessly BUT this new notification is very annoying. Can find any option in Core Options or User Interface / On-Screen Notifications to disable it.
Any advice? Thanks a lot!
