CMake 4.2 stated supported but not released

Hello, I noticed that the [readme](https://github.com/scikit-build/cmake-python-distributions/blob/main/README.rst) indicates that CMake 4.2 is supported, but this version is not currently available on PyPI ([here](https://pypi.org/project/cmake/#history)). Looking at the GitHub Actions, it appears the release workflow for 4.2 was cancelled, possibly to prioritize releasing 3.31.0 first. Could you clarify the release status of the 4.2? I need to update my CI in order to support VS26 presets in my project, and so, need to switch to 4.2 as minimum version. Thank you
