When I run ntsc-rs.exe, the program starts (I can see it in Task Manager) but the window is completely black. No video shows, no error messages appear. The program seems to be running in the background but nothing displays.

System: - Windows 11 (latest updates) - CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 - GPU: RTX 3050 (NVIDIA) - RAM: 16GB What I've tried (none worked): - Running as administrator - Different compatibility modes (Windows 8, Windows 7) - Disabling fullscreen optimizations - Changing DPI settings (set to Application) - Adding to Windows Defender exclusions - Installing VC++ Redistributables (x64) - DirectX runtime updates The program shows in Task Manager but no visual output.
