Filter Glitch: Brief maximum filter spike when crossing the Neutral point (Zero-Crossing Bug)

I'm reporting a bug related to the **filter functionality** when the parameter is changed around the **neutral/center point**. When the filter knob transitions across the neutral point, there is a **brief, momentary spike of maximum filter effect** before the parameter settles to the position set by the knob. This is noticeable in two main scenarios: 1. **Transition from Neutral towards High-Pass (HP):** A momentary spike of **maximum High-Pass** is applied, then the effect correctly follows the knob position. 2. **Transition when crossing Neutral from the HP side:** A momentary spike of **maximum Low-Pass (LP)** is applied as the knob crosses or approaches the neutral point. This issue is **easier to observe when moving the knob slowly**. I recall that this problem was **not present in the initial version** when the filter feature was first introduced, but it seems to have **appeared in a subsequent update**.
