mv QHexEdit2 files to it own folder

to make diff checking between IMSProg and https://github.com/Simsys/qhexedit2 more easy Perhaps some good features we should commit back to QHexEdit2. QHexEdit2 is active project. If we will have separate folder for QHexEdit2 then QHexEdit2 community will have easy access to corresponding IMSProg features and take it back.
