Add support to CH554T

### Description Hi ! First of all, good job and thank you for your work ! I recently bought a EZP2023+ based off an CH554T chip from a far-too-well known chinese website and I was frustrated as a mac user to not get any software with it. I searched around the web for something close enough to my needs and your program showed up. I then did a little USB sniffing using wireshark and some reverse engineering on the original windows-only program to determine the protocol used, then helped with AI, I wrote the whole implementation of it in your codebase. I also took the liberty of derivating your original logo to make a clean square MacOS icon for the main app. Everything is tested with 3 different eeproms of various sizes and voltages and works as best as I could understand.
