[Bug]: Use cpu instead of gpu

### Project Version 3.6.1 ### Platform and OS Version Windows 10 Pro 64-bit 10.0.19045 N/A Build 19045 ### Affected Devices Server ### Existing Issues _No response_ ### What happened? I lost my mind this app dont want to use gpu (Rx 7800xt). I installed it manualy and automatic via Dione. Only cpu generate something. ### Steps to reproduce 1. Own amd gpu 2. Install everything 3. Please wait..." I can wait for a day and nothing happen. Only instance run-appilo.bat generate something but via cpu. ps sorry for bad english
