FR: Add location by using https://ip-api.com/

https://ip-api.com/ delivers an API that allows Geo Location based on ip address. The free endpoint is limited to 45 requests / minute so that should suffice for regular use. Secondly, use this on the first run to set a location instead of using Paris (no clue how to delete that later).
