vignette build error in ubuntu-next (r-patched-linux-x86_64)

I get an error in vignette build in the ubuntu-next (r-patched-linux-x86_64) platform `--- re-building ‘get-started.Rmd’ using rmarkdown Error: processing vignette 'get-started.Rmd' failed with diagnostics: unable to load shared object '/github/home/R/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-library/4.6/rlang/libs/rlang.so': /github/home/R/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu-library/4.6/rlang/libs/rlang.so: undefined symbol: SETLENGTH --- failed re-building ‘get-started.Rmd’ ` Happens only in ubuntu-next platform, all other linux, macos, windows platforms are fine. I am using just the canonical rhub.yaml from rhub_setup(). I have cleared cache and re-run, same error. Any pointers appreciated.
