Alternative field for displayName

Right now the userinfo endpoint has to provide a `displayName` (either nickname || preferred_username || name), or the login will fail with `Error('insufficient-scope')`. Some userinfo endpoints have a different one :( Potentially a new adjustment for a alternative `username` key.
