Build broken with poetry-core 2.0.0

poetry-core 2.0.0 requires, as soon as a `project` section exists, that it has a `name` and `version`. This is not the case for anytree 1.12.1, breaking the build. See https://github.com/python-poetry/poetry/issues/9985#event-15839255794 for details.
