Need a Lambda API Key for Node GPU testing

Can you please create a secret key we can use? ``` secretName: lambda-api-key cluster: k8s-infra-prow-build ``` for testing the 2 CI jobs that were added in: https://github.com/kubernetes/test-infra/pull/36755
