Can't change sort time frame on a community's page

**Describe the bug** Selecting the sort time on a community's page just closes the pop-up and doesn't actually change the sort time, however, changing the URL itself does change the sort time. **To Reproduce** (if applicable) Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Go to a community 2. Set sort to Top 3.
