Building goauthentik-docs gets stuck

I think this is similar to #36, but I'm running Kernel 6.12.66, which should contain the fix for the issue in #36. Every so often, when building goauthentik-docs, the `mv` process will run for a very long time, definitely longer than 30 minutes. Not sure how to debug this, but when it occurs, I have had to kill the entire build process tree and restart the nix-daemon service to get a chance for the build to continue. A successive retry seems to not run into that issue again.
