pyramid-2-mbtiles backpressure

Now that Titus (work machine) is having trouble, creating mbtiles from a tile-pyramid dir structure has to be performed on a machine w/ finite ram (titus had practically infinite ram)... Writing an mbtiles file from a tile pyramid currently produces a lot of tile-backpressure as tiles are loaded from a pyramid too quickly 😢
