Incorrect scheduler USE flag handling

`0001-eevdf-next.patch` has been removed from CachyOS Kernel Patches since 6.12, but ebuild files still list them which causes failure when emerging with `USE=eevdf`. From [CachyOS's new PKGBUILDS](https://github.com/CachyOS/linux-cachyos/blob/f779f09f76337eeded7a40c6a531ad8efa9f96d3/linux-cachyos-eevdf/PKGBUILD#L221) it appears that no extra CachyOS Patches is needed for EEVDF scheduler. Additionally `rt-bore` also needs `0001-bore-cachy.patch` which is missing in the ebuild.
