[FEATURE REQUEST] Project level config files for databases.

I would like to see a list of the project level databases as well as globally configured connections. So If I open lazysql in a project folder that has a .lazysql.toml it should load those as project database connections. That way the database you see are more context aware. I don't always need to see all the databases. I would be willing to have a crack at it as well if someone can point me to where I need to look.
