BUG: `HelpPopup` or `ToggleTree` blocks 'T' or '?' inputs in the filtering and editing

When on table filtering or editing, hotkey of - `ToggleTree` command, default to `T` - `HelpPopup` command, default to `?` would block input, this is unexpected when the input actually contains those letters. And I would like to fix it.
