"Contributing" section, roadmap and plans

Hi, Would be interesting to contribute and help in supporting more python features and libs, but it's hard to understand what are the priorities right now and what is the state of things from contribution side (if this help even needed on that stage). Would be nice to have "Contributing" section (like [pydantic does](https://github.com/pydantic/pydantic?tab=contributing-ov-file)) to put more light on that. Thanks.
