port patches for imx219 and ov5647 into armbian

Hi @Joshua-Riek , is it possible to merge separated patches for imx219 and for ov5647 into Armbian? Related to the issue in Armbian repo - https://github.com/armbian/linux-rockchip/issues/246 I got confirmation from customers that both patched imx219 and patched ov5647 works fine on rk3568. Based on the patch from your repo - https://github.com/Joshua-Riek/linux-rockchip/commit/1b4e0edcaad78ed2b298318f8482f14838ac993b , I cherry-picked patches for imx219 and ov5647 only and applied for armbian kernel on **rk-6.1-rkr3** branch.
