Enabled DLM properly and not just the GFS2 filesystem support for it

Final change to include the dlm.ko kernel module. Before only the GFS2 support for DLM was enabled which is enough to do mkfs using KLM, but not to mount the drive. I now have fully mounted distributed filesystem running and mounted using pacemaker with this kernel build. Truly sorry for the multiple patches.
