Properly check for item path when searching for modded items.

Does what it said, this will fix what https://github.com/GeyserMC/Geyser/pull/5596 attempted to fix, resolve #32. Now check for **items** path instead of **models/item** as **models/item** will skip block item, also added a warning log in case this happened in the future or with other mod.
