Ingest Data and Failed to Initialize the Pinecoin Client

Hi, We followed all the steps properly and host this application on Ubuntu 22.04, Node version 18.16.0, and Azure. But we can't upload any files of Q/A docs, PDFs, or TXT files. We are getting errors. Please check and suggest to us.
