Added kernel.org check for kernel updates

Hi, if you're interested in checking the running kernel with the latest stable from kernel.org please feel free to add this mod to your script. I've enhanced the script by a parameter, if the parameter is not set the script's output should be the same as before. Motivation: I'm compiling my kernel with localmodconfig and want to check for new kernel releases online.
