[BUG] Opening Feeds Popup feels Laggy

**Describe the bug** When you open the feed popup, it feels jittery and laggy compared to the rest of the app. All other animations work nicely. Just this one feels laggy **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Open the Feed Popup 2. Try opening it by scrolling up and down quickly 3.
