[bug] poll gets completely stuck

when creating a poll and holding down on one of the poll options to move it, but then not moving it, the poll gets stuck. you can't move/rearrange the options or edit text in a poll option you don't have a text cursor in. furthermore if you tap out so the text cursor isn't in the option anymore, you can't edit that one either. but if you make another option it automatically takes the cursor to the new option and you can edit that one
