This plan includes: - Analyzing the current state. - Designing a new database schema (which I've already applied to `prisma/schema.prisma`). - Identifying key areas for improvement (persistence, API structure, UI, memory, error handling, configuration, testing). - Outlining specific refactoring steps to address these areas, focusing on database integration, tRPC adoption, UI enhancements, and improved AI context.
