[Bug]: Wallpaper glitching

## Bug Report ### Description Wallpaper not filling the entire screen. maybe scaling issue? ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Change Theme 2. Issue happens ps: this happens with other things too but they arent as "Frequent" ### Expected Behavior Wallpaper filling the entire screen. ### Actual Behavior Wallpaper only filling a central rectangle. ### Screenshots  ### Environment - Linux Distro: ArchLinux, - Linux Version, output of `uname -a`: Linux xeroego 6.14.9-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Thu, 29 May 2025 21:42:15 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux - Hyprland Version, output of `hyprctl version`: 0.49.0 - Installation Environment: Hardware - Display Resolution: 1920x1080@60, 1.5 fractional scaling in hyprland
