[Bug] Kernel 6.17 cachyos llvm thin LTO / mesa packages fails to compile

### What happens? my nixos os follows master branch, but I did not alter the follows in the chaotic inputs I used the cache-friendly overlay The new llvm compiled kernels as of late have been flakey, sometimes will build from the binary cache, sometimes won't and will compile successfuly, most of the time won't compile successfuly. I remember most errors being I think python related. mesa will compile if I keep chaotic inputs follow ur inputs but won't if I follow my nixpkgs master ### What is expected to happen? I personally would prefer to have chaotic-nyx follow my nixpkgs-master and compile everything, my computer is fast and it don't take that long, but so many things fail to compile randomly when I follow my nixpkgs-master. Aside from that, the git packages I have been using like pwucontrol and yt-dlp git versions have been either compiling successfully or getting retrieved from binary cache successfully. Scx packages, llvm kernels, mesa have been the most problematic. ### If possible, please attach logs I am guessing nixpkgs has been changing rapdily and it is difficult to keep up with those changes. Also you are mainly targeting nixos-unstable. Let me know if that is something that can be resolved. I have dropped using chaotic-cx for a bit because it has annoyed me😂, let me know if this is something that can be resolved. ### More information _No response_
