Breaking a Output Bus with an Item Filter does not drop the Filter

### Checked for existing issues - [x] I have checked for existing issues, and have found none. ### Tested latest version - [x] I have checked that this occurs on the latest version. ### GregTech CEu Version 7.5.3 ### Minecraft Version 1.20.1 Forge ### Recipe Viewer Installed EMI ### Environment Multiplayer - Dedicated Server ### Cross-Mod Interaction No ### Other Installed Mods Monifactory 0.13.6 ### Expected Behavior When an [Export Bus which has had an Item Filter placed in it to dictate its allowed outputs] is broken, it should drop the Export Bus, its Contents, any attached Covers, **and the held Item Filter** ### Actual Behavior The held Item Filter is not dropped alongside the block. ### Steps to Reproduce Place an Output Bus, then place a Filter in it, then use a wrench to break the block ### Additional Information _No response_
