Revision to the pump deck texture

### Cross-mod Integration _No response_ ### Minecraft Version _No response_ ### Feature Description Would it be possible for the pump deck's texture to use's Minecraft's cobblestone texture as the base (adapting to texture packs), then overlay the wood texture over that, and finally the animated texture over that layer?
