Proposal: Adopt Aurora's AI Use Policy into Universal Blue

### Purpose Dictate guidelines on the appropriate and ethical use of AI within the project. The scope of this AI policy would be exclusively applied to the common and shared repos contained within the ublue-os github org. This would not apply to github orgs owned by the member projects outside of ublue. Or the repos that are exclusively "owned" by Aurora, Bluefin, and Bazzite within ublue-os. This would prevent any potential PR disasters, and keep Universal Blue sustainable long term. I would kindly ask for everyone to re read the policy in full before voting, as a couple of the points have been slightly changed from the Aurora version, after the discussion that was held on discord. ### Proposal (Proposal 1) AI Art, Video, and Audio Policy Universal Blue is dedicated to only shipping and promoting works of art created by real people. All forms of AI generated visual and audio media content is banned, including but not limited to wallpapers, logos, mascots, icons, music, comics, and videos. (Proposal 2) LLM/GenAI Code Policy 1. When contributing to Universal Blue, please keep in mind the Artificial Intelligence Act: https://artificialintelligenceact.eu/high-level-summary/ 2. Always disclose the use of LLM/GenAI tools when creating an issue or a pull request. 3. Use AI as a tool. Verify behavior, correctness, and compatibility yourself prior to submitting your contribution. Do not ask the maintainers to do this for you. 4. Keep changes narrow and limited. Do NOT use LLM/GenAI tools to generate broad rewrites, large refactorings, or style changes. 5. Do NOT submit generated code, documentation, or tests that you don’t understand. 6. Do NOT fabricate benchmarks, bug reports, test results, code samples, or reproducers.
