Hyprexpo: Invalid Value 300 for Finger count.

I removed `gesture_positive = true` and `enable_gesture = false` because I read that these are no longer needed. `gesture_positive = false` also caused the same Error "Invalid Value false for finger count" Everything else is untouched.
