Fix /loot, /tag, /data

Well, basically I asked Codex to fix the /loot, /tag, and /data commands for Folia, and after some prompts and arguments with him, I got a working build. I tested it and didn't find any bugs, and the commands work perfectly. I used model 5.5 on extra-high.
