microphone: Disable microphone FIFO after disabling microphone amp.

Found while researching https://github.com/blocksds/sdk/issues/296 ; even though rapidly disabling and enabling the microphone FIFO should pose no harm (even if a little ugly), not disabling the microphone FIFO after that is a little wasteful.
