Compatibility mode with melonDS for DSi WiFi

Currently the DSi WiFi driver crashes due to SDIO commands that haven't been implemented in melonDS. There are two options: Ideal: Fix melonDS, which may not be trivial Potential workaround: Detect emulators and skip problematic code in the library (until melonDS is fixed).
