Whisper transcribes `200% to ` as `200%!t(MISSING)o`

For some reason Whisper doesn't like percentages. When I transcribed asset Generative Energy asset `2020-10-30` these `!t(MISSING)o` bit were after every percentage. I believe the `t` and the `o` either side represent the following word, and should be put back together with the rest deleted. There's also `200%!(NOVERB)` as well. AI transcript is largely complete, and this can be fixed easily by hand. But just logging this here for future consideration.
