Feature: Add a list for pihole

I am willing to push a list for pihole, I have not seen any lists for CSAM for pihole and I know a lot of people that use PIhole to protect there businesses from employees doing silly things on the internet from work. I think this would be a great addition. If not I have cloned the repository and will keep it updated on mine for pihole. Thank you very much for your efforts
