archlinux: `libboost-devel` does not exist

- **OS**: Arch Linux - **Sage Version**: 10.10.beta8 The nonexistent package `libboost-devel` is recommended in the installation instructions: https://doc.sagemath.org/html/en/installation/source.html. I think the `boost` package, which is also recommended, suffices.
