Implementation of hypoplactic monoid

The hypoplactic monoid is defined by quartic and Knuth relations or via Krob-Thibon insertion with quasiribbon tableaux. To implement this we will need to implement a new class called quasi_ribbon_tableaux and krob_thibon_insertion.
