NuTamari and AltNuTamari should be in the catalog of posets

### Problem Description tab completion on `posets.` does not reveal that we have very nice implementations of the `NuTamariLattice`. ### Proposed Solution add a line in `poset_examples.Posets`. ### Alternatives Considered don't. ### Additional Information _No response_ ### Is there an existing issue for this? - [x] I have searched the existing issues for a bug report that matches the one I want to file, without success.
