[BUG] SkBriggy completely does not work on 1.21.8 and 1.21.10

### What happened? I created a new dev-server, initially in the 1.21.10. SkBriggy completely does not work and therefor there are many other bugs. In 1.21.8 it does neither work. I use the newest version 1.5.7.
