[feat]: Auto Message Scroller

### Feature description Recently you added a component called Message Scroller. It's a great component from my perspective, but right now, as developers, many of us need autoscroll functionality, and there isn't a proper package for it on npm. Could you please add autoscroll to your Message Scroller component? It should stop auto-scrolling when the user interacts (e.g., scrolls up), and resume auto-scrolling once the user scrolls back to the bottom. I appreciate your attention.
