Modding menu and replication fixes

Finished all the incomplete features with the in game mod menu and replication. This required reconstructing many assets. There is a new folder "raw blueprints" which has the new reconstructed assets. -Fixed all bugs with the in game modding menu and made sweeping improvements to the UI -Reworked replication so it can read modlists from 0.2.10. It does not support 0.2.11 anymore, because that version was incomplete.
