Profile with rmnet_data* network interface affects data from all other interfaces, including default one

If you set profile's network interface to `rmnet_data*`, this profile will for some reason affect not only mobile data, but data from every other interface.   In this case Wrong SEQ universal profile will affect all of device's data.
