Manpage of sudo_sendlog is installed allthough configure was run with --disable-log-client

I'm building sudo 1.9.17p2 on a Debian "sid" environment using the configure optionions --disable-log-client and --disable-log-server. I noticed that the manpage of sudo_sendlog is being installed, although the sudo_sendlog binary itself isn't build (as expected).
